不同品种芍药花瓣活性物质含量与抗氧化能力研究

摘 要:

以22个芍药品种新鲜花瓣为试材, 对总酚、总黄酮、总花色苷含量和抗氧化能力进行了测定和比较。结果表明, 芍药花瓣总酚含量为18.52~48.49 mg•g-1 (FW), 是一种富含多酚的植物器官。不同品种芍药花中总酚、总黄酮、总花色苷和抗氧化能力差异较大。其中紫及紫红色品种富含花色苷, 含量为0.97~4.01 mg•g-1 (FW)。抗氧化能力评价显示, 单瓣品种‘粉玉奴’、‘红盘托金’以及其它紫红等深色品种均表现出更强的活性。花瓣提取物中的多酚、花色苷含量与其抗氧化活性均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01), 表明酚类物质和花色苷是芍药花抗氧化活性的物质基础。

Reaserch on the Bioactive Compounds and Antioxidant Activity of Petals from Different Cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora

Abstract:

To facilitate the further utilization of Paeonia Lactiflora petal, the content of total phenolics, total flavonoids, anthocyanidins and antioxidant activity in petals of 22 cultivars were investigated. The results showed that the petal of P. Lactiflora was an organ possessing abundant phenolics [18.52~48.49 mg•g-1 (FW)]. Nevertheless, total phenolics and total flavonoids, anthocyanidins and antioxidant activity markedly varied from different cultivars. Among them, purple or purplish red cultivars contained higher contents of anthocyanidins [0.97~4.01 mg•g-1 (FW)]. While, the antioxidant activitiy in the single-petal cultivars such as ‘Fen Yu Nu’ and ‘Hong Pan Tuo Jin’ and other deep colour cultivars were significantly higher than those in others. In addition, a significantly positive correlation (P<0.01) both between total anthocyanin contents and total antioxidant activity, and between total phenolics and total antioxidant activity in petals from P. lactiflora was observed, which suggests phenolics and anthocyanins should be responsible for the antitoxidant activitiy of P. lactiflora petals.
